Error received when debugging:

"Cannot create file "C:\program files\...\Toadparams.ini". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
Resolution

Disable the following options:

1. Select View | Options | Procedure Editor | Debugging and disable the 'Save proc parameters between sessions'.

2. Select View | Options | General and disable 'Save setting every ___ minutes'.

3. Select View | Options | Toolbars and Menus, disable 'Auto-save current desktop'.
