Formatter, [Error] Syntax check, Found 'UNION', Expecting: ) -or- FETCH OFFSET -or- ORDER (4269641)

TOAD is reporting the attached SQL as invalid. The formatter is underining the 'union' of 'union all' . TOAD accepts the same code in TOAD 11.6 One has to comment this code out every time reformating the PL/SQL within which it resides, then uncomment it afterwords.

WORKAROUND:
Install Toad for Oracle 11.6.1 alongside version 12.0.

Use this version when you need to format code with 'UNION' statements.

Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
