Description

Cannot connect to any databases. Support Bundle shows that no oracle client has been installed.
Resolution

Oracle Client is required to TOAD to connect to a database. Please install a supported Oracle client.

Requires SQL*Net (32 bit) or Net8 for Oracle 8, or Instant Client
