Error: "Project file error in line # 1:, 'project_ file_name', FALSE, " appears when launching (4264933)

On launch of Toad the following error appears:

Project file error in line # 1: quest;2,project_ file_name, FALSE,
Followed by the message:

# 1: quest;2 is not a valid integer value

When TOAD opens, the Project Manager panel shows: ... load error .

After these messages, TOAD is functional.

1. With Toad closed, drill to C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\X.x\User Files
2. Rename these two files: Project.tpr and ProjectConfig.txt to Project_backup.tpr and ProjectConfig_backup.txt.
3. The above two files will be recreated with default settings when Toad is restarted.
