Error received when connecting to Toad after installing WorkFlow builder:
"ORA-12705 invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified."
The OCI dll for Oracle 8.0 does not return the error position.
RESOLUTION 1:
Upgrade the Oracle client to 8i (8.1.7) or higher.
RESOLUTION 2:
Reinstall Oracle workflow builder into a new home.
NOTE: The "TOAD Home" setting on the Toad Connection window under Installed Clients, can be used to direct Toad to use a different Oracle home than the rest of the applications on the computer.
