I had attempted to install the product without having .Net installed. The product created an error without completing the installation. It also left behind a very large foot print in the windows registry.
I was getting was a message to adjust the location to where I wanted the product installed.
I was given by the Install application was a pop-up window with the ability to change the location in a window, but the location drive letter, (in this case D:), was hard coded on the left side of the pop-up and could not be changed.
Remove all elements of Quest Software in the Windows Registry. Run the install application again.
