Reset User File Settings:
1. In Toad, go to Session | New Connection and export your connections. (The export button looks like a saved disk with a blue arrow pointing to the disk)
2. Close the Connection Window and go to Utilities | Copy User Settings.
3. Select, ‘Create a clean set of user files from the base installation’ and click OK, then OK to restart Toad.
4. When Toad starts, check the ‘Save Passwords’ box (only if you had saved passwords checked last time) and then import your connections.
5. Connect and re-test the issue.
