Installed a new version of Toad, but when starting up Toad, it display the older version. -
Description
I have Installed a new version of Toad 9.7.2.5, but when starting up Toad, it display the older version of Toad 9.0 that I already have on my PC. I check the Help | About window and it is also showing Toad 9.0.1.

Cause
Installed Toad 9.7.2.5 over the existing Toad 9.0.1 version and some file didn't get updated.

Resolution
Follow the steps below to run the Quest Installer to uninstall the new installation and reinstall:
1. Go to the Start | Program | Quest Software | Quest Installer | Quest installer.
2. Check Toad to be uninstall and follow the wizard to finish the process.
3. Reinstall Toad.
