Get Ora-00932 running Data Compare sync script due to wrong syntax for timestamp in insert statement
Description

When using Data Compare, the synchronization script does not display data with a timestamp data type correctly in the values clause of the insert statement. This causes an "ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected TIMESTAMP got NUMBER" error when the sync script is run.
