We are have trouble updating scheduled items using automation designer. When I try to update the time of the any schedule item, suddenly a pop up appears with a Windows form error saying...
"THE APPLICATION HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEMS. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

WORKAROUND:
Delete the currently schedules task and create new schedules task with the modification you want.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
