Read-Only Toad blows up when new tab is added in SQL Editor. It affects both 11.6 versions (11.6.0.43 and 11.6.1.6). There is no problem with version 11.5. The problem was reproduced on two user computers. There is no problem with Read-Write version.
Getting error:
List index out of bounds (-1).

None.
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 12.0. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
