How do I change the Formatting Options to format my statement to a single line?

How do I get this all on one line:
select RPAD(' ', 512) as text1,
       RPAD(' ', 512) as text2
from dual;

This is what I keep getting:
select RPAD(' '
    ,512
    )
     as text1
   ,RPAD(' '
    ,512
    )
     as text2
from DUAL;
Resolution

Please try the following:
1. Go to View | Formatting Options |Alignments | DML statements
2. Check the option "Try to put very simple queries on a single line"
3. Click on the Save icon or File | Save.
4. Test the issue in the editor window, if doesn't work, please try exiting Toad and reopen it to see if the setting was saved.
