Getting error "password mismatch" when trying to change the password on 11gr2 database.
Description

I am connectioned to an 11gr2 database and when i go to Session | Change Password, enter the new password, get error "Password Mismatch".
Resolution

Please explicitly grant connect and create session to user and he was able to change password in oracle 11gr2 .
