TOAD's SQL Editor menu bars are missing or lost.
RESOLUTION:
1) Right-click on the SQL Editor menu bar
2) Verify that the "Main" is checked
Or
1) Right-click on the SQL Editor Menu Bar
2) Select "Customize" if available
3) If "Main" and "Edit" are shown as unchecked, check this and hit "Close"
If above methods are not successful, perform the following:
1) Close out TOAD.
2) Go in to your Toad directory and rename Toad.ini to Toad.old.
3) Restart TOAD.
Note: Versions of Toad 8.5 and up have the Toad.ini file located in your "User Files" directory under your main TOAD directory.
