Only one sub-program can be run at a time within a given package per debugging session. Once the first sub-program is executed/debugged, the user can no longer execute and/or debug any other sub-program within that package.
Example:
User selects Procedure B to execute or debug within a Package. Once completed, the user tries to debug Procedure A. The editor will only debug Procedure B. If the user tries to debug Procedure C, the editor will still only debug/execute Procedure B.
