The small Refresh button is not re-enabled in the Schema Browser | Data tab, when doing the following steps:
1. open a Datagrid – Schema Browser | Data tab
2. check "Read Only"
3. check "Auto Refresh" and accept the default
4. check "Sort by Primary Key"
Result: Refresh button is disabled
5. uncheck "Auto Refresh"
6. uncheck "Sort by Primary Key"
Result: Refresh button is still disabled
WORKAROUND:
Press the 'Refresh all (Right Hand Side)' button to re-enable the smaller Refresh button
