Import Data: Preview shows incorrect number

When using the "Import Data" function to import a .xlsx file with, for example the number: 1.13, the preview ("Preview and Define Fields" and "Preview Results") shows the number: 1.12999999. However the number after the import is 1.13.
If importing using a .xls file, the preview is correct.
Cause

Excel related issue
Resolution

This is an issue with Excel's .xlsx files, as it stores the data as, e.g. 1.12999999999999
This can be seen by the following steps:
1) Rename the .xlsx file to .zip, and unzip it.
2) Find the file: xl\worksheets\sheet1.xml and open it with notepad
3) You will see the 1.129999999999 value in the file but not 1.3. Toad's preview window is displaying the data as a string, which is why you see it exactly as in the xml file. It is only when it's cast to a number that Oracle rounds it to 1.13.
