Replace All selected text area does not replace the entire area.
Description

When performing a 'Replace All' in selected text, and there are numerous occurrences of the text to be substituted, TOAD for Oracle does not replace all occurrences. The substitution has to be repeated, sometimes multiple times. Please see attachment for example and screen shots.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Reselect text that was not replaced and repeat substitution

STATUS:

Waiting for fix in future release of Toad for Oracle.
