Already installed Toad but getting "Please wait while Windows configures..."
Description

I already installed Toad for Oracle but I am being prompted for installtion when I double click on the Toad short cut icon. I see the following error:

Please wait while Windows configures
Quest_ToadStandard_11.0_Win7_x86
Cause

Toad short cut pointing to the wrong path.
Resolution

Go straight to the toad.exe (not the short cut) and create a new short cut.
