Access Violation error when checking any object in or out of Subversion in Toad 12.9
Description

After upgrading to Toad 12.9 the following message appears when checking in or out any object from within Toad.
Error message: Access violation at address 000000000897C392 in Module 'Toad.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000010
After clicking OK on the error, the object is still successfully checked in or out, but you have reload it from the Schema Browser.
Cause

SVN configuration. This will occur if the working directory is located in the same folder as the svn repository.
Resolution

Please ensure that the working directory is located separately to the SVN repository folder
