Not able to complete the download / install process. It seems to hang / freeze up / stop.
Description

Unable to complete the download / install, due to it hanging / freezing up / stopping. The installation process gets to the point where it's attempting to download the selected components but the status bar never grows and the dialogue box disappears.
Resolution

Instead of using the .exe installer, try using the .msi installer.
