When pressing the green triangle button in the Object Search window, the following error appears:
'Error: Catastrophic failure'
1. Close Toad 10.6
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle
3. Rename “10.6” folder to “10.6OLD”
4. Reopen Toad and test the same steps again
If required, copy back the files: connections.ini, connectionpwds.ini, toad.ini into the User Files folder within the '10.6' directory.
