Only the SYS schema shows when doing a Schema Compare
Description

When trying to compare 2 schemas, one on a source - Oracle 9i db, and one on a target database - Oracle 11g, it's not possible to select all the existing schemas (not all are visible). Only the SYS schema shows up as an available schema to select, when there are more within the database.
Resolution

Uninstall and re-install Toad for Oracle.
