Access Violation exporting a query result to the clipboard in delimited format (4235943)

An Access Violation Error appears while trying to export the result of a query, executed via the menus 'Editor | Execute Statement (F9)' to the clipboard in delimited format.

Toad did not fully release GDI handles after use, for instance after an editor window close. The result is that, after some running time without a restart, the system's resources become exhausted.
