In the Schema Browser | Data tab, when highlighting a row of data and then pressing the '-' (Delete Record) button, the selected row is deleted, but if you keep pressing this button, the highlighted row isn't the row which is deleted.
This behaviour doesn't happen if you press the delete key.
WORKAROUND:
Press the Delete key to remove data
