SQL Monitor doesn't start or get the error: The instruction at "0c77c41abc" referenced memory
Description

When trying to open SQL Monitor from Toad, nothing happens and it doesnt start up OR gets the error:
The instruction at "0c77c41abc" referenced memory at "tx77e41abc". The memory could not be "written".
Exception EAccessViolation in module kernel32.dll at 00000148C.
Access Violation at address 77641ABC in module "kernel32.dll". Write of address 11C41ABC.
Cause

Windows Data Execution Protection may be preventing SQL Monitor from launching.
Resolution

1. Go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | System | Advanced Tab | Performance Settings.
2. The third tab will be Data Execution Prevention (DEP) Configuration.
3. Add SQL Monitor to this list.(Windows will then know that it is safe to execute SQL Monitor)
5. Re-open SQL Monitor
