"Internal Server error. HTTP 500: Error #1 - Unknown error" when trying to access Forum view in Toad -
Description
Trying to access Forums views (Help | ToadWorld | Forums) from within Toad but getting message that user already exists and/or "Internal Server error. HTTP 500: Error #1 - Unknown error".
This occurs after trying to access forums within Toad, and registering as a user from within Toad.
Launch Forum Views, register as user. But it reports that the user ID already exists. Trying to apply another possible ToadWorld or Quest Software Support login seems to be accepted at first but then gives the HTTP 500 error.

Resolution
Go directly to the ToadWorld site and sign in (log out and sign in again if needed, or manually register there within ToadWorld if needed).
Go to the "Groups" or "Products Discussion & Resources" tab, and make sure it is joined to the "Toad for Oracle" group (this may occur automatically, but do it manually if not).
Log out, then go back to Toad, access the forum views and sign in again.
This time it should go through and the Forums bar should come up.
