Database Browser does not work with Direct Connections
Description

When I'm connected to the database via Direct Connect and I launch the Database Browser, I see a red slash on the database in the tool.
Resolution

The Database Browser requires the TNSnames.ora file of your Oracle Client of the connected database to function. Without the TNSnames.ora file, the Database Browser will not function.
