When launching SQL Tuning from within Toad a prompt appears requesting a license key.
1. Select Help | About and review the enabled Toad Options.
2. Verify that SQL Tuning is listed in the Options.
3. If SQL Tuning is not listed, verify that the correct License Key was used to Register TOAD:
- Select Help | Register Toad
- Enter the Toad License Key and Site Message. Keep in mind that the Site Message is both case and space sensitive.
4. If SQL Tuning is listed, launch Tuning again:
- Hit Register Button at the licnese key prompt
- Select Toad for Oracle with SQL Tuning option
- Enter the Toad License Key and Site Message. Keep in mind that the Site Message is both case and space sensitive.
