CTRL+T is not working to bring up the code completion in an Oracle eBiz environment
Description

I'm logged into an Oracle eBiz environment and I'm tying to open the code completion window using the CTRL+T hotkey on a public synonym and it is not working. For example:
Select a.* from oe_order_headers_all a
NOTE: If I were to delete the asterisk from the above query though, the hotkey function will work, but as soon as I add it again, the window will remain open but the suggestions will all be blank.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
