User creates a filter for a table in the Schema Browser and then refreshes it which generates the error:
"List index out of bounds (25)."
Then User is forced to END TASK Toad.
DETAILS TO RECREATE THE ISSUE:
1. Open Schema Browser and select a table.
2. Click on the Data tab.
3. Click on the Filter/Sort button.
4. Click on the Filter tab and create a column filter. (For example: [column_name] > 99999)
5. Click OK to add the filter.
6. Click on the Refresh button and the notice the error, "List index out of bounds (25)." appears.
WORKAROUND:
Error is specific to Toad for Oracle 9.6.1. You may downgrade to Toad 9.5 or lower as the issue does not occur in other versions.
