Can Toad's SQL loader assist in creating the Comma Separated Value table needed to export CSV dat

I need to import the contents of a CSV (comma separated value) file into a database. TOAD SQL loader wizard is used to create a sql loader control file and load a csv file into a table. However, the table where the contents of the csv file could be loaded must exist already. Does TOAD have the capability to assist creating also the destination table? I would like a wizard that could inspect the csv file and come up (based on the contents of the file) with a recommended table definition that could accommodate the contents of a file.

Toad does not currently have this capability. An enhancement request has been submitted to add this functionality to future releases of Toad.
