User has Toad Options | Execute/Compile | “Compile Spec and Body as Pair” option checked. He loads a package in Editor which opens the Spec and Body tabs. When he’s in Spec tab, and selects Green Arrow icon (Execute statement…) icon, only spec is compiled and not the body. He has to select Body tab in order to compile this code. Toad 10.5 compiles both code with this option checked.
The Execute | Compile All option of Editor's right-click menu also does not compile both spec and body.
