Scheduling with the AppDesigner always wants password although entered Password must be saved on login screen for command line actions
Two passwords are required:
1.Password for the login into Windows OS
2.Password for connecting to the oracle Database in the connection manager
Enter and savepassword for connecting to the oracle Database in the connection manager.
1. In AppDesigner, select the action and right-click on it
2. Select Properties
3. In the Properties window, there is a Change session for action icon located on the very top-left corner of window
4.Select it,loginto database and check the Save Passwords check box and hit Connect.
5. Back in the Properties window, hit Apply to save changes
1. On Windows you have to have the Task planer service running.
2. The machine must be powered on
3. if you right click on schedule and fill in the steps for this
3.1 Enter the Task name and execution Frequency (click next)
3.2 Enter task schedule (click next)
3.3 Enter account information which will be used to run task
3.4 Then click on finish
4. To check if the task has setup correctly and is present in the task queue, go to:
4.1 Start | Settings | Control Panel | Scheduled Tasks
