Exporting XML files using Export Blobs option of Data Grid generates invalid files.
Description

Using Export Blobs of right-click menu of Data Grid to export CLOLB columns to .DAT/.XML files. Generated files cannot be opened by XML Editor nor Oracle BI Publisher tool.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
