Schema Browser highlights the wrong object name on the right-hand side. (4223005)

User continuously scrolls through package names list of Schema Browser and highlights them.  He double clicks on a package name to open in Editor.  In Schema Browser, he uses the down arrow or page down of scroll bar using mouse to go down list.  After scrolling a few pages and highlighting numerous packages, At one point, Toad will automatically scroll up the list of packages to the previous package name that was highlighted.  He then has to scrolls back down to the newly highlighted package name to select and open it.  This appears to be scrolling issue with Schema Browser.

Issue scheduled to be fixed in Toad 10.6 and fixed in Toad Beta 10.6.
