Schema Compare module displays Views as having differences by columns when no difference exists.
Resolution

It could be the DATATYPES of the underlying tables are different. Expand the "View Columns" branch and select "Show Difference Details" from the context menu, a message pops up explaining.
Also try using the single object compare. In the Schema Browser right-click on the object you wish to compare as your source object and select Compare with another object.
