Toad prompts for license key with the existence of QSAuth11.KEY file in Toad for Oracle folder.

Cause
QSAuthorize11.key file exists containing a trial key.

Resolution
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle folder or where Toad.exe is installed and sort files by type.
2. Locate all KEY files.
3. Open QSAuthorize11 and QSAuth11 file with NotePad.
4. If the key in QSAuthorize11 file is not a trial key and is different than the key in QSAuth11 file, then copy and save this key into another location.
5. Delete QSAuthorize11.KEY file from Toad folder and Restart Toad.
