Using Import Table Data wizard, how to import string values from import file into a table column that is Date data type?
Resolution

1. In "Specify Source Data Details" window of wizard, select an existing date format from Date Order drop down or select the "custom" to enter a new date format
2. In "Verify Mappings and Specify Primary Key" window of wizard, click inside Source column of date field and select "Expression"
3. Select Function | Conversions | STRTODATE and hit OK
