Calculate the Reclaimable MB
Select shrink to min MB, it gives an ORA-00740: datafile size of (53687041280) blocks exceeds maximum file size

Issue in Toad for Oracle 12
Cause
Resolution

WORKAROUND

1)Double click on tablespace you wish to shrink.
2)Select the 'Minimum Size' button
3)Then set the datafile size to the size displayed and press execute
