Toad 16 takes a while to close
Description

After installing Toad with internet restriction (msiexec /i ToadforOracle_16.0.90.1509_x64_En.msi restrictions=i), Toad takes a minute to close.
Resolution

With Toad closed:

1. Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\16.0\User Files
2. Open Toad.ini for edit.
3. Find the following 2 settings and edit settings based off notes below, if needed:
CheckForToadUpdates=2
FeedBackOptIn=0
If you cannot find them, then paste them in the toad.ini under SETTINGS section.
4. Save the changes, close the file and re test
