Unable to get pop-up window with error message back to the front after the end user clicks outside of Toad, the error message went behind the Record Viewer window.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to the Schema Browser and choose a table. On the Data tab, click on Record View Edit and delete the data for a not null column and click Apply.
(of course, Toad will show the error message about a not null field cannot be blank
2. Go to another window outside of Toad. For example, open a Browser and go back to Toad.
3. The error message went behind the Record Viewer window and you are unable to bring it to the front.
