Description
When connecting to the database after opening Toad this error is returned:
"The procedure entry point OCIPOrastreamFormLob could not be located in the dynamic link library oraclient11.dll."
or
"The procedure entry point kokoicvttstz could not be located in dynamic link library C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\BIN\oraclient11.dll"After clicking OK to continue, Toad functions as normal. How is it possible to get rid of the message in the first place?
