Toad has to be completely shut down in order to get changed passwords to take effect -
Description
If an Oracle user's password is changed while they are connected, Toad has to be completely shut down and re-opened in order to get the password to take effect.
If Toad is not restarted, the following message is received when trying to do certain tasks in Toad.
Ora-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
