Cause
User have already registered this bundle version.

Resolution
Steps:
1. Exit out of the Quest Installer
2. Go to the following directory C:\Users\HPHAM\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Quest Installer\Registration\
3. Rename the userRegs.xml file.
4. Launch Quest Installer
5. After the install of the product(s), you wil lget a Product Registration screen for you to register to get:
-Product updates and access to technical support
-Monthly Toad World Newsletter
-Tips and Tricks guide and educational videos
-News about contests with fabulous prizes
-And more...
