Bit data column is not formatted correctly with Generate Test Data
Description

Generating Test Data against a table with a column defined as CHARACTER FOR BIT DATA produces an insert statement with incorrectly formatted values for that column. The values are very long character strings. The insert statements then fail because the string produced is longer than the column size.
