'Client Requirements' link in 'Create New Connection' window does not take user to release notes -
Description
When Toad is first installed and a new connection is being set up, Toad will test to see if there is a DB2 client installed. If no client is found Toad displays a message to that effect and provides the user with an 'IBM Client Downloads' link and a 'Client Requirements' link. If 'Client Requirements' is clicked, all it shows is the following message:
"Please see release notes for supported DB2 Clients"
This link should take the Toad user to the release notes directly.
