Error "DB2ODBC.DLL could not be found" when trying to create a DSN from the ODBC
Description

I get an error saying the "DB2ODBC.DLL could not be found" when trying to create a DSN from the ODBC Administrator. I get the error after I have clicked the Add button and selected the IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER - ToadC47. The DB2ODBC.DLL doesn't exist.
Cause

ODBC Driver dlls are not supplied with the DB2 client sandbox.
