I get the error: "Error 1934. User installations are disabled via policy on the machine" when -
Description
I get the error: "Error 1934. User installations are disabled via policy on the machine" when I install Toad for DB2 via the Command Prompt or when I use a BAT file script to run the Silent Install. If I install Toad for DB2 by double-clicking the EXE file, it installs fine.
