Launching Toad for DB2 gave "The process cannot access the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Use (4284119)

When I launch Toad for DB2 I get the error gave "The process cannot access the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 4.7\license.key"

1. More than one license.key exist

2. Corrupt license.key

RESOLUTION 1:

1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 4.7\license.key

2. Rename the license.key to license.key_OLD

RESOLUTION 2:

1. In addition to the license.key located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 4.7\ also rename the license.key located in C:\Documents and Settings\<your_user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 4.7\

2. Start Toad and re-register with your commercial key
